Dr. Samdani is a recipient of several academic credentials from highly renowned institutions, including Harvard Medical School, the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, St. Francis Hospital Roslyn, New York, and the University of New Castle, Australia. He serves as an associate professor at Mumbai's Breach Candy, Jaslok, Bhatia, and Saifee Hospitals, as well as the Head of Medicine Unit at G.T. Hospital and the Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals. India Today recognized Dr. Samdani as one of Mumbai’s top doctors in August 2013. He was the recipient of Excellence in Internal Medicine Award (2012) in June 2013 in Mumbai and Excellence in Medicine Award in December 2012 in New Delhi. Over the last decade, Dr. Samdani has been conducting research and clinical studies on various drugs and disease conditions. He has served as a principal investigator for about five clinical trials and has served as a co-investigator for many more. Dr. Samdani has presented numerous papers both in India and abroad during various national and international conferences. Awarded a gold medal and the Dr. Hoshang Dhunjishaw Dastur Prize for standing first in the F.C.P.S. (Medicine) examination held in March 2002.
