1. What type of courses and webinars are available on DocVidya?
DocVidya offers a variety of courses and webinars across multiple specialties, including gastroenterology, dermatology, cardiology, nephrology, pediatrics, urology, and more. These are designed to provide the latest clinical insights and scientific knowledge from top experts.DocVidya also provides content on practice enhancement such as finance management, medico-legal, digital topics.
2. How do I download the certificate after completion of the course?
The download certificate option will be available after finishing the post-assessment. The certificate will also be visible in the User Profile section on DocVidya. Click on the Profile image on the top right section of the page and click on ‘User Profile’.
3. How do I enroll for a course or register for a webinar?
Log in to DocViya to register for a webinar or enroll for a course. Simply click on Login button at the top, complete the signup process and enjoy the plethora of content on DocVidya.
4. I missed the webinar. How can I watch the recording?
The recordings of the webinar are available in the Webinar section of DocVidya. You can browse through the website to find the required content or use the registration link itself and view the recording.
5. I want to become a speaker and contribute to the platform. How can I do that?
You can share your contribution on DocVidya by connecting with any Dr Reddy’s sales representative.

1. I did not receive the OTP on my mobile. How do I login?
Delay in OTP delivery can be due to poor mobile network. In case of available of alternate internet facility, you can use Gmail ID, Facebook or Apple ID to sign in to DocVidya.
If you are a registered user on DocVidya, the OTP will also be sent on the registered email ID along with the SMS.
2. I am unable to join webinar. What do I do?
Being unable to join webinar can be due to network issue. Ensure that the internet connection is available. We request you to try again after some time.
3. How do I change my phone number and details on DocVidya?
Phone number, email ID, specialization, addition of profile picture and other details can be changed User Profile section of the website. Click on the Profile image on the top right section of the page and click on ‘User Profile’. Click on the ‘Edit’ to make the changes.
4. I am unable to login. The error says my email already exists
Use your existing email ID to login into the platform.
