Dr. Dharshini Sathish Kumar is a Professor at the Department of Dermatology, Christian Medical College, Vellore
Her Areas of interest are Pediatric Dermatology with special interest in Genodermatosis
Psoriasis, Eczema, Epidermolysis bullosa and Autoimmune bullous disorders and Autoimmune connective tissue diseases, Drug reactions
She has published more than 37 Indexed and non-indexed publications, more than 7 Book chapters and ore than 80 Presentations.
She was nominated and selected as a Councilor for the International psoriasis council
She was awarded Prof. A.S. Thambiah Gold Medal, April 2012 – University  1st rank in the exit examination, Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Tamil Nadu   
She was also awarded the Imrich Sarkary Non-European Memorial Scholarship to attend 27th EADV Congress in Paris, France, 2018.
She has received the Professor Robin Eady Grants Course/Conference Grant for EB Healthcare Professionals and Researcher’s scholarship to attend the EB 2020 in London United Kingdom Jan 2020.
She is the Content Editor, IJDVL and the Reviewer for many national and international journals
She was also the member of SIG Psoriasis in 2021 -22
