Changes in mean Hb concentrations after switching from epoetin beta to fortnightly darbepoetin alfa and monthly darbepoetin.

Phase 1: Patient treatment was converted from intravenous erythropoietin beta, twice or three times weekly, to intravenous fortnightly darbepoetin alfa.
