Alfuzosin treatment led to a significant reduction in IPSS scores, with a median decrease of 6.6 points, range: 2.5–9.3.
Most studies showed LUTS improvement within 6 months, with one study reporting results as early as 3 months.
Sustained improvement in IPSS scores was observed over 2 years of Alfuzosin treatment in one study.
Alfuzosin Enhances Ejaculatory Function for Longer Duration
