I am interested in participating in this campaign to Defeat Meningitis. I understand that, as part of the process of creating content for this Digital Pledge, my photograph will be collected. I understand that my photograph will be embodied in the materials electronically, which, once finalized and dispatched, will become irretrievable. I understand that the work of creating the material, suitably editing it, and finalising the same has been entrusted to a third-party agency, which shall bear the responsibility for the final material. I hereby provide my consent for the collection of my photograph and sharing the same with the third-party agency, as well as for other editorial changes as necessary to present the material formally and for participation in the Digital Pledge. I hereby agree that Dr. Reddy’s shall be free to disseminate final material on any forum, including any social media platform. I understand that to the extent any post is made on social media, it may not be retrievable or deleted and that I will be fully responsible for all the consequences if the video is posted by me on any forum, including the social media platform.
